As an EU user I now (since 2 months I believe) have an option to completely disable off-Facebook activity. Not sure what that means though and if Facebook actually respects my choice.

I am a big fan of Privacy Badger in my desktop browser and I use Brave on mobile. Both in theory should prevent sites from sending data to Facebook and Google or at least make this data unattributable by preventing third-party cookies.
