Oh, all the pains of building monorepos I have gone through the years. I have tried both Turbo and NX and they are great until they aren't. It feels that we are trying to patch a broke ecosystem. JS runtimes and paradigms are a total mess, package and dependency management are in a total disarray, and sprinkle some TypeScript, X versions of ECMA, ESM/CJS theatrics and you are in for a hell of a time.
Most days I feel that I am not a web developer, as there is very little left to developing after you spend me embarrassing amounts of time figuring this sh** out.
